Team mates are mean and worst. And my manager over here is too worse than them.

Team mates have their own groups, it’s been 2 months, since I joined this place, and still I haven’t got well intact with anyone in here. Even, my manager is confused with my name. During lunch, I have to sit alone in a corner. But no one feels to speak with me. Their behavior is very mean. I am going to leave this company very soon.

Nothing such to mention here. For me, it’s a big mistake to join this place.

If you are expecting your promotions or hikes to happen every year on a fixed date, then probably that will be your illusion. There is no such systematic process that exists here to monitor employee’s performance. This certainly breaches the transparency, and you may never know, even after giving your best and working that hard, you may not get what you deserve.
