Hi, Being a new startup the company is good in terms of People , salaries disbursement, work etc. talking about the promotions , ofcourse work hard and get the best and the job also secured but an employee has to give thier best to the orgaisation. (1.) Is company me Koi bhi working hours decide nahi hai. (2.) Enterview me Company ke HR bolte hai ki apka 12-14 hour work rahega but yaha par to 18-20 Hours daily working rahta Plus Mentali Harassment bahut jyada Hai.

Bad experience for me. For them, a definition of good employees means those who would stay as their puppets. No fixed work hours, they will tell you to work for hours as per their need. Worst place. Work life balance is just a mess.

Dislikes

Many people that I know in this company are fed up with all those aspects that I said above, but still, I don’t understand why they still are working here. They looked disturbed, stressed, and don’t seem happy to work here. I wish they too realize what’s good for them and take the necessary decision, at least for their own health.

Real talents and hardworking people would not love to stay working here, because, even if you have all good qualities, from skills to knowledge, there is no one here who would appreciate about it. Besides, management is itself is a big problem. They are good for nothing. They just wish that you stay as their work as they want.

If you are ok with no work life balance, long work hours, no career growth elements, then it’s the place you should definitely go for.

Got nothing to say good about this place. Not just me, few of my colleagues who quit this company with me, even have the same opinion. Leaving their opinion aside, I would say that there is nothing that will benefit you or help you progress. Working here will only help you with a headache.

It is something not acceptable. I don’t understand why employees should bear office expenses. It’s completely an organization’s responsibility. But, when I argued upon it, I was let down by the HR guys with some inappropriate explanations. So, now, I too have took my decision of not working for a company who relies on its employees to bear its expenses. It’s ridiculous.

There is no guarantee of work life balance. Things happen in an unplanned manner. I am talking about the work and the tasks allotted over here. Tired of the personal level politics over here. Continuing here only because of the satisfactory salary I am getting over here. I see no other reason as such.
