From my review they do not appreciate employees hard work no matter how hard you work and there is no work life balance like my office leaving time is 7pm but I have to work till 8:00 8:30 on most of the days.

I am a valuation engineer. I have to do visit and make report of it. I have done many residential, commercial and industrial visits. I have to observe property and read documents carefully for valuation. I also have to do market research for property rate
