If your client has stopped billing for you then there might be a chance that you will be asked to leave, because they do not have many clients No additional perks for saving tax on salary, just sodexo If you’re hired for work from home then ask them to mentioned the same over email, else they will ask you to come office

No job security, if project goes than your job gone. Policies are worse ,example if you are in notice period your early release not entertained but HR can short your notice period, no matter how many time you argue to serve full notice period. Existing process is even worse. Join if you don't have any offer but before that read all the policy because no help you in this organization.

No Job Security, the company's policy and job security were far better than nowadays this is what employees said but right now the situation is worst. Do think twice before joining and don't get stuck in the trap of immediately joining after the interview, take sufficient time to choose among other employers if you have options.

Lack of professional behavior even in senior employees. People on head position treat you like you are the servants of company. So you have to do as they say or just leave after two months of unpaid notice period.

The development culture at Tata Digital is not managed even though they are developing a product called the Neu Super app. In TDL there are employees like Vishal Kumar who don't know how to talk professionally. Layoffs without proper benefits. They are charging 500/day if you can't submit after layoff mail.
