Trust and Transparency - When I attended the interview, I was given a chance to contact any of the DevOn employees and get their feedback about the company, this shows the confidence on their work culture and transparency. Also DevOn allows to interact with clients directly, and gives the freehand with great trust on their employees. Interview, Onboarding, Induction, HR co-ordination all were really great, HR team is really helpful and available all the time to help employees.
