There is No value of hardworking people . Extremely political environment. Unpleasant and unethical place for an HR professional. No support from global leadership. HR has no role to play. Team is constantly changing and many exits have happened due to poor culture. Office timings are very difficult from 12 P.M to 10 P.M. HR is constantly put under the bus and an easy target to throw out. Bottomline is job security is extremely low and this is not a place to build career. KOCH Principles are only meant to be in the CEO written book, sometime to appreciate or recognise any employees contribution Principles are visited. No job security, no transparency and big time office politics which actually pulls down talents

* Flexible timings (even though center pushes for 5 day working). * Pay is competitive in IT but not so in Finance * Show that you know/practice PBM and work can take a back seat, bad news it shall make you non hirable in the market.

* Most decisions are supposed to be taken by supervisors, but funny that their decision rights are only on paper. They are held accountable for decisions that they dont even take. * There have been multiple attritions in last couple of months, guess how many voluntary VS Involuntary? * Leadership doesnt understand the diff between use and abuse of PBM. Its funny that you can use the same culture conversation to give someone a huge pay and also throw someone out, just need to be a good speaker. *Multiple leadership changes across levels that happen overnight, which changes the dynamics of the team. *One could wake up to realize they have been fired on the same day, without notice/ or compensation. * I heard there were good number of employees from the HR team who left all of a sudden in the same way. Its only their third party hiring that is permanent.. * The leadership isnt able to manage the center dynamics and just portray a happy picture to any leader when they come up... The reality is diff behind close doors. * Supervisors/Leaders live in constant fear than techies, as they arent even sure if someone is carving a path for them to be thrown out....Read More

Mangers are way too micro managing rather than being empathetic and motivators towards engineers. A normal conversation can be turned against you to get you out of the company when needed. A very simple MBM term used to do so "not culturally fit"
