Recently I joined this company and they treat their employees very well. Like a family.

Dislikes

No specific place to have lunch. But this is not a complaint.

The top management is quite strict but very cooperative. I like this approach. Huge opportunity for personal growth.

We are getting salaries but we have to work on off days as well... and even after the company having business and employees working sincerely the management taunts us that they have to pay salaries to people sitting at home... which is completely unfair... there's no mediclaim or any other programs that can help if one is infected with COVID 19.

Dislikes

The management attacks personally on things like body, dressing sense... calling us names like idiots and stupid... unnecessary destructive criticism which demotivates employees
