Everything, I was posted at the RJ office in Jaipur, where I work 10-12 hours daily. There is constant pressure from senior management to meet work demands. Despite successfully completing tasks, the credit is often taken by seniors when presenting to higher management or clients, resulting in their appraisals and recognition.
