May it be the culture, compensation, or skill developments / learnings, I have experienced a good amout of this, and just by becoming a part of this org 6 months ago. I have been made aware of what are good practicies and what i can do to acheive them.

As of now, I haven't had any bad experiences, it's just that it feels a like a professional family and I really enjoy it.

Work pressure is high. I need to attend client meetings late at night. But it is compensated on the following day by starting a little late.

I work for a US client. So weekly we have team meetings and sprint planning where I get to interact with the onsite team. Its been a great learning patch for me as I started as a fresher and got to learn mountains of things from scratch.
