Personally I didn't like the leave policy like we cannot take leave on Friday or monday ,if we take it will be treated as 3 days leave ( saturday and sunday as well). Leave encashment is not valid for probationary period.

Interaction with management will be bare minimum. Appraisal cycle starts late and given late in the year so that employee will not be able to apply with updated pay in that year.

I have been with DEP for 3 years and it has been hassle free as no one cares what you do if you get billing from client that's enough, no training schedules or such.

I was selected without an interview.😅 Flexible work hours.

This company is run by people who doesn't know how to manage the employee and the project which they have. They have selected a manager who is of no use, the only good thing he does is give WFH without any hesitation. The management came to know that the contract of project which my team was working got over once the client informedus unofficially. They committed our project with out any prior knowledge and put all the blame on employee .Even without any training they were forcing to work. HR team is the worst they say one thing and does just the opposite. Neither the HR or manager has proper communication with employee or within them. No proper workspace, laptops or headphones till this day. They have this so called 'DEP Handbook' of which the give 0 value. Management is very good in making fake promises 'Get your passports ready to move to US'😅 which actually demotivation for everyone as everyone know this has less than 1% of chance with this management. The HR department is inferior: HR won't pick up your call or call back later Always have to check with their managers Only recruits junior roles and always hire freshers with a bond of 2 years minimum stay or to pay 3 lakhs to break the bond and leave in between The interview process takes months to complete and will not be confirmed immediately The Training period will not complete as scheduled and the HR team has no updates on it The HR team fails to inform you about anything on time - It may be a benefit, a policy, or standard circulation messages.
