They just give management meeting and say we will do salary next will but it never happened. when you ask about salary they say dont take follow ups. we do it we do it. All destek employees are facing this but not raising this issue. my three month of salary not paid.

Very good company , lots of growth opportunities. All negative reviews are written by non performing ex employees. Company gave all the opportunities always. I am completely satisfied with pay scale also. I am enjoying working at Destek.

Junior Employees who worked in the company was quite nice & innocent but from the management to the Founder & Co-Founder and Head HR was extremely toxic and fraud people.

Dislikes

They make you work extremely hard and then don't pay your salaries. Most of the newbies in the company don't get paid and when they ask about salary, HR says, your work is not good enough that's the reason you can't get paid. Another excuse they put forward is, currently the company doing very bad financially so your have to wait for the salary.
