Nothing to like about this company, they are ruthless, stupid owners, don't even know how to talk, fire employee after getting work done for 2-3 months without salary, I had a word with previous employees they were girls and they were not payed 1.8 lakh 4 months salary and other one 66K, the company gave them nothing

No one is getting salary on time, that's the great part of like in this company and mostly likely is everyone is like in small companies it goes like this only. I don't understand if you aren't financial capable enough to pay the salaries of employees why do u hire them ? Don't you have any humanity regarding consuming their time and giving compensation to the hardwork of employees ?

Till today they haven't given me my 3 month salary after that left the company still no response from the company regarding payment and settlement and when we are continuously calling them, not even responding to call, account isn't accountable, MD is not even taking the responsibility saying that isn't my department.
