They have rules which applies to all except few, clearly they are biased. Very quick to cut your salary if you miss even 1 day going to office out of 3 days. I was laid off without any severance. They believe in WFO but their office infra is poor, I remember facing lot of wifi issues especially. Nothing to like. Just an outsourcing company whose only motive is to sell people to their clients. Follows unethical practices at every step.

No job security at all. They are just hiring blindly without a plan and then just fire the people within 1 -2 months if they don't get them clients. Should be last choice for anyone if they are having somethings else. They are just trying to make money by fooling there own employees and there own clients. Get to work on multiple projects and get to learn a lot. Training process teaches you a lot of things although it is a bit difficult. Some managers are really good.

Dislikes

They won't appreciate your efforts, if working remotely you will feel like you are not a part of company and working as a freelancer. Training period drains away your confidence, some client projects requires you to be available at night time.
