I liked that I met some good people, from whom I got to learn a lot.

Dislikes

They have rules which applies to all except few, clearly they are biased. Very quick to cut your salary if you miss even 1 day going to office out of 3 days. I was laid off without any severance. They believe in WFO but their office infra is poor, I remember facing lot of wifi issues especially. - The seniors (after training) are awesome. They are very supportive and friendly - No politics. One can directly contact even the CEO of the company if he does not feel heard. CEO is super chill. - You can work on new technology like blockchain since a lot of company projects are on blockchain - Pay is not bad for Indore

Dislikes

I will be very direct here. The training is VERY hard. Like, they need to ease it a little, for new college students they have to learn a lot of things in a small amount of time. The Friday food should have some choices, it is always the same. I feel like the entry-level salary is low. FOR THE LAST TIME, ADD A CAFE! :P
