I liked to salary and job they offered and the initial job start but then they are very bad in providing you work culture as that is very as per company size.

The company is currently on a growing path and provides ample opportunities to the employees to grow, learn and work on different technologies. Senior developers provided great help during our training period and made sure we made the best out of it. Variety in projects provides us the opportunity to work on Backend and Frontend as well. I liked that I met some good people, from whom I got to learn a lot.

They have rules which applies to all except few, clearly they are biased. Very quick to cut your salary if you miss even 1 day going to office out of 3 days. I was laid off without any severance. They believe in WFO but their office infra is poor, I remember facing lot of wifi issues especially. Nothing to like. No Respect. Do not follow their own policies or rules. Just doing fraud with their own employees and clients.

Everyday feels like you are getting more anxiety and stress. (No work life balance) And there is no way out other than leaving the organization. No Job security. For every employee there is a new story (lies, drama) for their client to manipulate them and getting more money from them.
