Its an organisation that balances social,family and work life, team work, employment equity is balanced, they take care of previously disadvanged group e.g. people with disabilities and women. where I work, politics doesn't have influence at all and Correctional services is a good place to work on, but presently I need self growth and development with different organisation
Dislikes
After 1994, some policies were abolished and the department was demilitarised, where promotion policies were no longer considered, working over time money was also cancelled for officials working under DPSA.
Work Details
I am a Regional Manager OHS, I ensure that policies are complied with, I visit all the management areas in the region and compile OHS compliance report to my principals in the region ,then to our National office. I ensure that First Aiders,Fire Fighters
