Managers and senior manager don't consider the points and views of there employees. We have to extend the shift lot of times, Dentsu(paragon) doesn't pay for overtime we do. They give you 45 days leaves that we can take whenever we want but manager doesn't approve those leaves, they says there is a business need so we cannot approve your leaves.. Manager always pressurise to complete the work after shift is over, they doesn't care about there employee, and if we reach out to HR they says the matter is in between you and your manager we cannot help you. If you are going to work under Sr manager suruchi Kumari, then worst phase of your life is started. Think twice before you join Dentsu, no one cares about you....Read More
