Being a Junior Employee I feel Senior Employees and HODs are so supportive during learning period. Its gives us Liberty to work freely and learn fast. Work Life Balance is quite good. Good part is even covid times this company provided full salary to all the employees.

Dislikes

Need to improve the sanitary conditions of the company.

Dislikes

Don't ever go in this company. It was just wasting your time. No payment on time and forget about increment no secure job so much of politics. Seniors persons tantrum is just on another level. 10 hours work duty No sat off.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
