The COO always saying wrong about your prants upbrining, CEO dont give the salary on time but they have the money buy Strabucks Coffe. They always enter in your personal life wants to destroy it, If you want resing they start doing back Bitching with employees. They are not able to give my FNF. Please dont work here. Work only on one condition if you want destry your mental peace.

It has been more than four years here, I have never seen the management doing micro management as mostly companies do. They never interfere in your working patterns. They trust your ideas and strategies, you have authority to plan the work on your own, and this is the best part to work at Delvens.

It was a very dirty atmosphere and there were no rules. There used to be time to come to the office but there was no fixed time to go, then used to go to the office at 9 o'clock or sometimes 10 and had to come to the office at 9 o'clock, otherwise they would cut half salary and pay nothing for overtime. Used to do Very crappy company.

The company has a very dirty environment, no one should join this company.

The best thing about working in Delvens is that the management is very supportive and accept ideas from everyone. Their are lots of learning opportunities. Management do care about their employees at personal level also. Working environment is always jolly.

Although Delvens offers a lot but every company has its pros and cons. Right now Delvens is a start-up company so there are some benefits of an established company is lacking.
