No learning at all: B.Com Graduates and CA Qualified doing the same work at same pay. it means the work that is being taken by them can be done by an graduate also. work is basically backend work, no client meeting until you reach at an level, mostly clerical work can be done by Chat gpt. 2. Toxic work environment. If your manager is not able to cope up with your work, she will start rating you bad in the performance appraisal and will conspire behind your back. 3. No Job Security. 4. At starting point they just allocate clients without any training and biggest minus point is job security is not here. They can put you in plan even you spend more then one year in the company. They promote the employees on the basis of utilisation but strategy is they don’t allocate enough work to the employees for five to six months and after that employee is plotted for remaining year ( means in busy season and interim busy season) and after this thing they put the blame on employee that your utilisation not enough and we can’t promote you. I feel putting employee in plan is just a cost cutting strategy. In my case that was a learning phase. For me it just a brand with full of politics.
