Dont like the company culture. Manager treats employee like a labour working for them. No respect, poor worklife balance, salary and work given to the employee doesnt match. Work given is of seniors level but salary given is literal peanuts..not satisfied..looking for job change.

The work life balance is good until and unless you are unlucky enough to work for the team which I worked for. They give you enough paid leaves as well.

Dislikes

During busy seasons, it gets very hectic, and you might have to work 20-22 hours a day as well without any break. The growth opportunities in the tax career is very limited and you are only expected to study about tax domain only. Even though they provide you with different linkedin courses. You will see yourself under questions if you try to attempt any course of your interest area.
