I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Likes

The best part of Deloitte is the work culture and the support from the seniors. There is ample of opportunities within the firm to grow and the employees are treated very well.

Sometimes the work is overburdened and then you are pressurised to sit for very very long hours.
