I dont like single thing. nor the manager is good and nor the work culture. manager doesnt mnow who lacks technical. but rather they know how to blame employee and lay off others .DELL will be under huge loss one day.. you people never know what i am going through. eveb after working so hard for dell they dint recognise my talent instead they show interst to there religion ..

One of the worst company i worked . manager plays lot of politics with employee. and for no reason they lay off employess just to secure there job. Manager dont even have technical.skills and they talk that we lack skills. karma will takecare of the rest. even they got children and family to.maintain. they doesnt know the pain what we are dealing even now.... i strongly recommend others not to join DELL....Read More

Inspite off all good things. Few management staff are there. They are very arrogant in nature. They feel them selves superior. If those staffig can be change. All the good things are there to discuss.
