cannot think of anything as EMC's culture was on the other spectrum when compared to dell . Management in my opinion is very good from a market perspective as they make decisions that help the org stay at the top from a street ask. This offcourse is done by selling internal companies RSA, portion of VMware etc etc . Benifits given to employees is good. Will get to learn new and exciting stuff and technology.

Hybrid policy is not great. No appreciation for real talent. Ego from experienced persons doesn't share knowledge to juniors. No job security, always the higher management goals keep changing which makes product at high risk

There is nothing to like at all, immediate leaders don't possess software development knowledge and are too much into politics. Too much micromanagement.

No recognition, no compensation hike, no appreciation, too much work pressure, leaders are worst, and too much tracking and micro-managements. Not worth joining the company. Best work culture Good work life balance. Senior Management is good and supportive Various opportunities to work on different tech stacks or framework. So able to get good opportunities to learn. Good opportunities in Dell EMC data storage domain. Dell has strong vision and planning in data storage domain
