No like about the company, better try job outside before they throw out. The support they are doing in lockdown situation is not for employees, it is for company by laying off employees.

Dislikes

Worst company to work. Being an MNC company it don't have proper ethics, policies. Worst culture with full politics. Also worst non-technical managers who came from BPO's and don't know anything about work only taking salary to do politics.

I had a lovely experience working in Dell-Emc and had an amazing team to work along with..recent merger with Dell has in someways impacted the company culture and the monetary benefits has come down a bit due to Dell policies

Dislikes

Merger with Dell not helping to create a encompassing work culture..too many weird policies of Dell being forced upon Emc employees
