I like del monte because they give good benefits like rice allowance,housing allowance, I also improve my ability and skills learning new technology and it gives a stable work for me to give my family a good future also hospitalizations are free.

My dislike was the work pressure is always doing. Sometimes the higher position of teammates do not value an individual when in a situation where we are rushing into our work for early knock off.

Work Details

My work at delmonte is very challanging as i have to maintain the good quality product output in my post as a preperation line team-mate, and I stay competent in the area where safety was implemented.
