I want to gainmore skills and work in smart City .but the time period of our internship was only 3 month's . It's was it was very few months . In latter company said that internship will be extended we told to our management but nothing happened .

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
