The overall work culture is very good. Company has multiple product baskets and we can learn and experience different situation during working.

Dislikes

Compensation is good but growth is slow.working time varies from 12 to 16 hours in a day.

Work Details

My work is sales and Marketing. I have to look after the multiple product marketing and distribution. I had taken challenges to develop the different territories and develop the same to a very good performance level.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package.
