Other than job security and free green tea, coffee, everything is dislikable. Most pathetic management and years of experience is treated as a joke. Higher ups with over decade of work experience are less knowledgeable than freshers nor can they provide support. Too much internal politics. You wouldn't even be given training in anything as a fresher and directly be told to handle multiple projects from end to end.
