Dbug is small family. All there work like family.

Dislikes

1) They give billing every weekend, so we cant enjoy our weekend. 2) Nothing to learn. They just take work according to need. 3) very less salaries. 4) they keep 10th certificate while joining and dont accpt resignation soon. There is 45 days of notice period also.

It was tottaly struggleing time. There was no formal training session. Normal it is 5 day working company. But there everyone work 6 day, becoz weekend avalibilty for billing is mendatory.

They don't provide much of the holidays for festivals. Also, unsatisfied with the appraisal terms.
