Appraisal policy must be improve. Because if you join before 31st of march then you’ll be consider for appraisal otherwise you have for wait for the next financial year.

DB is a high rated company. Company culture, work environment is upto the mark. I personally feel satisfied to work with this company. I rate this company 4.5/5. I was working on DFCC ambala project, the project director Mr Domnic sir was very professional and an excellent leader. Love to work with this company again.
