The best thing about working in DB Engineering is that you can do it for free. You have the freedom to make your own decision. The office culture is very good. Management is very supportive and helpful.

Appraisal policy must be improve. Because if you join before 31st of march then you’ll be consider for appraisal otherwise you have for wait for the next financial year.
