- Get to learn good tech skills, good tech stack - decent culture and chill folks

Dislikes

- Bad Pay: They have not done an appraisal since 2023 Aug till this date. Salary is peanuts -Unpaid Internship : They make you work on projects during internship which is unpaid (2k stipend pm you get after internship completion) they also delay onboarding quoting budget issues I have known interns who have worked here for more than 10 months(3,4) on projects unpaid. - Bad Management : The management is absolutely absymal, no KT is provided plus the project managers doesn't understand a thing about software development and have no tech knowledge - Poltics and Partiality : Partiality and politics in play only for Juniors, seniors working on clients can get away with anything,...Read More

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
