Hire and fire is one of their hobby. They hire the people and within one month they start blaming them for anything and fire without any notice. Rai is one of the most pathetic man I have ever seen. He doesn't have basic manners or doesn't even know how to talk to his employees. They opened a Baniya shop where 2 owners and one full-time Chhotu named Priya,where only money matters, and no emotion for employees. They hardly have 5-6 employees and they treat them very badly. Priya is the chamchi of Rai do nothing and always does what he wants. no stand for her employees being HR person no policy she ever made to protect employees and even shamefully calls on behalf of Rai and simply says you are no longer with the organization. She only follows Rai's words that's it. and Rai is the one if somebody calls directly before taking his permission he fires you. SO DON'T JOIN THIS ORGANIZATION, BETTER TO STAY WITHOUT A JOB RATHER THAN JOIN THIS ORGANIZATION....Read More
