Vertical head concentrate only for his incentive. Never concentrate how to convert the follow up leads. He always shows his interest on soft leads which is easy to convert. He always run away from complicated tasks. And prove that it's impossible. Which is effecting the business of DATAMAN.

Dislikes

Rather than creating pressure on employees , vertical head or Kamlesh Jain sir must know the problem facing during conversion. Vertical head have to show his involvement for closing rather than gaining incentive on sales.
