Remote working option is the only thing which is good here.

Initially, things were good when i joined, but they have been terrible in the last few months. The company has run out of fund and they deducted some part of our salaries for 5-6 months. We have not received any appraisals in the last two years. They promised to return the deducted salaries within a few months, but it has now been more than 6 months, and we have not received it and also there is no update from there side. As a result, most employees resigned, and the company's strength is now down to less than 10. This is our hard-earned money, and we don't know when or if the company will return it or not. Another thing, that I found very disturbing is the unprofessional behaviour of the founder. He doesn't know how to speak to employees and is very rude at times.
