I am having 7+ years of experience in Java and have been working with Databorough India/Fresche Solutions for more than 1.5 years now. But it was my worst decision to join DBI/Fresche Solutions. Reasons are below: 1. We all were working in PSO team for a modernization project which was failed some time back and approx. 80 employees came on the bench out of 120 employees which was the total strength of the company. 2. Company has started firing employees to meet it's expenditure. Around 1.5 months back, company fired 20% employees. Last week company again fired 25% more employees. Some other employees are also on radar, which will be fired soon. 3. A new Synon-Java modernization project has started and nobody is having proper knowledge of the technology from which they are targeting to migrate. This kind of another project was failed previously when I joined DBI/Fresche. 4. Management is biased to some people and they are promoted without following the proper sequence. Some 10+ years of experience guys are working under 4-5 years of experience guys. 5. Some resources were hired from a competitor company on a very high package (More than 10+ LPA) who even does not know Java as much a fresher knows. Now, we are teaching them Java. 6. There are many un-necessary restrictions on employees which is highly irritating.7.
