I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. Only one particular thing. They put salary on the month end without any miss.

Work-life balance is very less. When I do something they'll point out like her work is not good even if it is good. They hire randomly. They fire absolutely after 6months. They promise some amount while hiring and if you ask that amount they'll fire you. They even don't have any idea what to do. Randomly they give some task finish the follow ups, talk with clients. Even if you do good job they'll point you out. Worst company for other domain works as well. Developing, designing, sales. Very worst. There are N number of companies out there.
