There is nothing like a corporate office in DAR. Worst food/cafeteria services in industry. Also the office is like a call center, only difference is that you can't talk there. You get stupid 1980 screen in the starting... And then you have to request everything from online portal. Even when you don't have internet, you have to go and ask someone else to register complaint for you. Forget about OT or dinner if you are working even at midnight. There's is only powder milk in pantry. HR department is super slow to do anything. Attendance system is pathetic. I would suggest people to avoid this if you can. Or be mentally prepare to handle the toxic environment of work load....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
