Work life balance. No pressure at all. Employees are very helpfull, supportive and very healthy work environment.

Dislikes

Company is sold to Infosys, So suddenly employees shifted to services from captive product company. Learning curve is bit stagnant.

We could see the core Business Analyst work and scope to explore ourselves and could see the same support from management. Work life balance, Pay n promotions are good.

Dislikes

Some time leadership plans and decisions will surprise the total organization. Most of application and technology are pretty old...but slowly they are coming out and implementing the strategic tools in place.

Except for using the old tech stack, everything was good until the visionless and ever changing higher management decided to outsource all its employees to Infosys.

Dislikes

Recently the management sold the complete IT setup to Infosys. The higher management kept mocking at other service based companies when the rumour of outsourcing was going on, only to throw all the employees under the bus to Infosys. They acted as spineless creatures and agreed to everything that Infosys required them to: in terms of decreasing the existing benefits, demoting all the Chief (lead) BAs and SEs to Senior positions....Read More

There was nothing to like. No stability no proper responsibility as per your role. It was purely orthodox European culture where their European employees think themselves superior and don't want Indians to speak or suggest anything. If you suggest then it will be neglected.

Danske IT do all unethical trades to shake the employee from the job and after that they even pay for the full notice period. Their HR and managers start neglecting your calls for all your concerns. You can't reach out to anybody after they throw you out. For this unethical settlement they take full 45 days. Even they don't give relieving letter before 45 days. after 45 days you have to remind them that now 45 days are over. Dasnke IT is now moving out of India but you can find these same people with Infosys as it is merging with Infosys....Read More
