DVC is a pioneering power concern in INDIA. It is a semi Govt.Concern it's stake holders are Central Govt., Bengal Govt.,andJHK Govt.Though it is an oldest power organisation after independence still it has a fantastic growth prospects.Now it's all power stations like AT DTPS, MTPS, , CTPS, RTPS,KTPS are running well, including Hydel power stations at Maithon,&Planchet.I like most DVC because it has a good work environment, good salary, good medical benefits and some others.
