I join the company as a fresher in the power platform team and I have learned alot from the company although the salary is low but the people here is very helpful they are given us the chance for the growth.

There is nothing to dislike the company but there is a suggestion at least pay should be average to market.

My firm is absolutely fantastic. I am working here over a long time, but not feel any type of job insecurity. Damco is always conducting various type of in house training for us. We enjoy every festival with games and prizes. I love my company.

Management is not good. Unable to deal with good resources. Disconnected on individual progress growth and appreciation factor is missing. Project Managers are not capable enough and does bare minimum efforts.
