Thanks for the review ! 1) As you were working with us , You must be aware that we follow a very transparent and process driven appraisal system. We never really think anybody can do any personal manipulations. 2) We treat everyone as one family. There were many people from whole over India working for us from different cultures. We still have many members working in our office from many places and every one is quite comfortable . We are really sorry to hear from you about this after u left the organisation.
