I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. I would say the company's overall reputation was very well. We have great learning opportunity and hard work is always appreciated at Daffodils. Other than that the culture and HR Policy are also very well defined.

I can say, it's pretty simple to balance work and life at daffodils. As we can take time on weekends to do things for ourselves and family. They will make sure that we can enjoy both our private and professional life.
