They are the lead who wants to resigned their members forcefully for making good impression of team lead to their managers. Before join daffodil you must ask about location. They are forcing you to join Hisar location. Then just say no for Hisar.

Office politics are there. You will be treated very rudely if you are on notice period. They forces you to take early relieving if you are on bench on notice period. Find new ways to disturb you during notice period. Alternate saturdays are working.
