Many things Work culture - senior people are busy in gossiping about juniors. No learning Whole company policy revolve around 1 person if she say yes then yes if she say no then no. Not skilled staff Unnecessary removing educated staff in name of layoff actually they are removed because they are not doing buttering of seniors (some illiterate people sitting there) .
