Likes

Very stressed environment and culture. Teammates are supportive but lot of office politics. No transparency. Friday is fun day but depends on seniors mood. Every 1 year salary increment but politics.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Management like to speak with only there dear ones'.
