There are a lot;
1. Employment bond which they use to force employees to resign and make money out of it. They won't fire you.
2. No work life balance.
3. Office politics.
4. CEO's puppets are the team leaders .
5. Trapping freshers for employment bonds and forcing them to resign.
6. Fake profiles creation and outsourcing to MNC;s
