About the like part, you need to see how much experience you have. Let's say, you are fresher then might be good for you as you have not seen any other company, but as an experienced guy who has already seen multiple companies with a good environment then "Cyient is like hell"

1. Management ( they will treat you like a slave, who needs to be very much obedient to the command) 2. Project ( they will hire you for one project, but after joining then you will get to know, that management still needs to decide in which project you should be involved. Worst decision maker) 3. Now coming to the infrastructure part, where you will feel like you are working in a startup-based company not in an MNC, they didn't even provide a vending machine itself. ( only you will get free water, so you need to be happy with that) Such a bad cafeteria, and pathetic food as well. 4. Now the worst part as an experienced person is that you need to be at the office for a whole 5 days. Such a pathetic decision seriously man. After COVID-19 going office is like once a month, but here daily you need to punch it and punch out. That too they will track everything. so be ready for jail....Read More

They is no value for freshers, only experience candidates are very lucky. My suggestion is freshers peoples have no growth and no value after 1 year they will terminate you. So care full.
