There is nothing to dislike, but one thing is timings and week off working at sometimes, but that's not a tough thing.

Some project managers and project leaders shows some partiality on promotions and other incentives,and some people dont have full knowledge of their projects,and their dont have perfect planning,and always doing 12 hours but as per company rules they have only 8.5hours only. if extra working hours continues their provide incentives but it will not implement properly.....

They won't ask you to resign or terminate from your job. You can gain some knowledge here.

Huge work load will be given to freshers after joining and they work time period will be low, if you did not complete your work in time, they will ask you to come in weekends and should complete the work on Saturdays too. They don't approve leaves if you needed. Based on the work the salary is very low, they will give you only 11k to 14k and it will not increase till one year. Work pressure will be more. For me it is very difficult to travel nearly 30kms from my home daily and have to reach the office before 8am. If they provide permanent work from home I will not leave this company, because I have learned the end to end work and gained lots of knowledge
